"Maiorca" students at Launch Campus Day
Thursday, April 27, 2023 The Career Counseling and Guidance Center, together with the Faculty of Computer Science of Titu Maiorescu University, hosted Launch Campus Day, a Web-branded event. Through the LaunchCampusDay experience, Titu Maiorescu students had the opportunity to meet founders, investors, and representatives of innovation programs who speak the language of tech & startups. Among them, we find the founders of original ideas or successful startups: Silvia Carasel and Mihai Fieraru from Google Romania, Anca Luca from BCR, and Marian Voicu from Procesiu, and Mihai Guran from TechAngels. Titu Maiorescu students who wish to pursue a career as entrepreneurs listened to success stories and also learned about how to act when facing different obstacles.
After the panel, at the Startup Fair, students interacted with Pîncu Ionescu (Autovantage.ro), Alex Bararu (Meditatii.ro), Diana Ceresmis (UpHave.eu), Florin Lazăr (FreyaSense.com), Grecu and Associates.
