Catarina Santos Botelho this Professor of Law and Head of the Constitutional Law Department at the Faculty of Law of Porto, Catholic University of Portugal (Portugal) where she coordinates master's programs. A member of the Coordination Council of the Academic Network on the European Social Charter and Social Rights (ANESC), she co-coordinates the first interdisciplinary postgraduate course on human rights (law, psychology, and socioeconomics).
Series editor/coordinator Constitutionalism in Latin America and the Caribbean (Hart Publishing), a member of the International Association of Public Law (ICON). Founding member of ICON.S Portugal, he has organized over 40 international conferences and is the author of over 70 national and international publications. His research interests include, but are not limited to, constitutional theory and legal philosophy, global constitutional law, comparative constitutional studies, political parties, human rights, social rights, and intergenerational justice.
