DEPARTMENT OF PRIVATE LAW

 

The Faculty of Law announces the organization of the first meeting for the II semester of the 2022-2023 academic year of the Private Law Circle within the Department of Private Law.

 

The meeting will take place on April 3, 2023, at 6:00 PM, in room M113, under the coordination of Mr. University Lecturer Ioan Morariu, with the following topics proposed for discussion:

 

  1. Volunteer Agreement and Volunteer Activity.
  2. The complex relationship between the state, parents, and minor children. Limits of the rights and obligations of each of these legal subjects.

 

All students interested in debating the above-mentioned topics are expected.
