TRANSFER Change in the university center for residency training
The transfer is approved by the Ministry of Health in the two annual sessions, organized in March-April and September-October, within the limit of available places displayed on the Titu Maiorescu University website.
For the approval of the transfer:
For RECEIPT TRANSFER at the Titu Maiorescu Training Center, the resident submits to the Residents' Office:
- Transfer request with the specialty coordinator's acceptance agreement
- Transfer request with the institution's departure agreement
- Supporting documents regarding the reasons for the request
- Employer transfer agreement for residents in training. Residents in training must present a notice from an employing entity in the requested university center.
For TRANSFER PLECARE at the Titu Maiorescu Training Center, the resident submits to the Residents' Office:
- Standard transfer request with institution's departure agreement
- Request for transfer with the agreement of the specialty coordinator and the institution to which the transfer is requested
- Employer Unit Agreement for Transfer
Approval is granted with priority for the following categories:
- Sole custodian of a minor child;
- Spouse/partner with a job at the university center requested.;
- Faculty member at the requested university center;
- Dependents at the university center requested;
- Personal residence in a requested university center or within 100 km.
IMPORTANT: Transfers are granted only to residents through competition, starting from the 2nd year of training, with priority given to residents in higher years!
Requests for approvals from the Department Director and the Rector of Titu Maiorescu University are to be submitted to the Residents' Office.
