Request change of health facility
CHANGE OF HEALTH FACILITY INFORMATION
Residents on the spot, may change within the same university center, the employing health unit, based on the agreement of the heads of the two health units involved, with the approval of the Ministry of Health and notification of the department of residency training.
Application approved by both employing health facilities can be sent by e-mail rezidentiat@univ.utm.ro or physically brought to the Residents Office for the Department Director's approval. Once it has all approvals, the application accompanied by the necessary documents will be sent to the Department of Health for approval.

- Proof of contract with the new employing establishment.
