Titu Maiorescu University has the honor of inviting you on the date of 12.11.2020 at 10:00 AM in a videoconference organized on the Teams platform titled „Harmonizing the European legislative framework for preventive restructuring – a dissemination of research results from the JCOERE project (Judicial Co-Operation supporting Economic Recovery in Europe)”.
The project ”Judicial Co-operation supporting Economic Recovery in Europe”, in which Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest is a partner, alongside University College Cork, Universita degli Studi Firenze, and INSOL Europe this is co-financed by the Horizon 2020 Programme - the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (2014-2020) and aims to improve judicial cooperation in applying Regulation (EU) 2015/848 on insolvency proceedings to support the preventive restructuring of businesses at European level and to achieve the objectives set out in Directive (EU) 2017/1132 on restructuring and insolvency.
