During the event, specialists in the field of labor law – theorists and practitioners – will debate the most pressing, current, and impactful issues that arise in labor law relationships.
In addition to listening to the debates within each panel,Participants will have the opportunity to ask specialists specific questions related to the topics covered, either directly or in real-time via chat..

At the Forum, we also invite you to a Book launch: Employment Contract and Probationary Period – author Prof. Univ. Dr. Alexandru Athanasiu. The work addresses a topic of utmost interest, with major practical implications, but also with theoretical approaches of great depth.
The forum is organized into working panels, with the following themes to be addressed over the two days:
