The Maiorescu Student Association and the Student Electoral Office announce that on the date October 31, 2023 in the time interval 09:00-18:00, The student elections will take place in the following polling stations: Polling Station no. 1 - Building V (187 Văcărești Road, Sector 4, Bucharest, ground floor), Polling Station no. 2 - Building M (189 Văcărești Road, Sector 4, Bucharest, ground floor), Polling Station no. 3 - IOR (67B Gheorghe Petrașcu Street, Sector 3, Bucharest, ground floor), Polling Station no. 4 - Tg. Jiu, 100 Ecaterina Teodoroiu Boulevard, according to the election methodology and calendar, the student elections will be held as follows:

  • First Round student elections for the election of Student Representatives to Faculty Council of Medicine The procedure is being reorganized due to a procedural defect, according to the revised Election Calendar, posted on the UTMwebsite, in the section dedicated to the Maiorescu Students' Association.
  • Round II student elections for the election of students to Faculty Councils Law, Psychology, Pharmacy, Economic Sciences, Computer Science, Faculty of Educational Sciences, Communication and International Relations, Faculty of Dental Medicine, Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences Tg. Jiu, Faculty of General Nursing Tg. Jiu Yes student representatives in The Senate UTM.

Students, Romanian and/or foreign citizens, regardless of race, religion, or sex, enrolled in undergraduate studies (full-time and distance learning) and master's degree studies, exercise the right to vote equally.

To support you, we communicate the following instructions regarding the electoral process:

The documents required to exercise the right to vote according to the methodology are: student ID card/student identification card; students can vote based on their student ID card/student identification card, and in their absence, based on a certificate issued by the secretariat of the faculty where they are enrolled, along with an ID card/driver's license/passport.;

The way to express an optional choice is by crossing out with a single, horizontal line, the candidate(s) to whom you do not wish to cast your vote.
