Conference Program “The New Civil Procedure Code”

Professor GABRIEL BOROI,

At a university campus, we will be discussing the New Code of Civil Procedure with teachers, experts, and practitioners. The event will cover application information, initial interpretations, and practical solutions. To ensure the event is both engaging and beneficial, participants will have access to a form where they can submit questions on the discussion topics. This way, each speaker will tailor their presentation to the areas of greatest interest to the attendees. Finally, prof. Dr. Gabriel Boroi will host an “open” session to answer live questions.
