The Faculty of Economic Sciences at Titu Maiorescu University has entered into a 7-year partnership with the Swiss company Advanced Thinking Switzerland GmbH (ATS), for the development of educational and research activities with direct applicability for students and the university community.
Collaboration allows the integration of the ATOM (Advanced Thinking Organizational Management) methodology into the teaching process, used in seminars, practical applications, and case studies.
Within the partnership, workshops, master classes, and training sessions, applied university-business projects, research initiatives, and events dedicated to connecting students with the business environment will be organized.
For the Faculty of Economic Sciences, collaboration brings the adaptation of educational offerings to labor market demands, co-development of curriculum, and opportunities for R&D projects and grants.
Students will benefit from applied skills through „learning by doing,” access to relevant case studies, projects for real organizations, and expanded networking and professional development opportunities, including the potential for future development of micro-credential courses.
This partnership strengthens the link between academia and business, facilitating the transition from „amphitheater to practice.”.
