The CI student dormitory of Titu Maiorescu University is located on Bd. Gheorghe Șincai, no. 16, has been operating since 2011. The dormitory has a capacity of 144 accommodation places distributed in 5 studio flats and 31 apartments, modernly furnished and equipped.
The studio apartments are configured as follows: 1 room with 4 beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, office, kitchen, bathroom and 2 toilets.
The apartments have 2 rooms with 2 beds each, wardrobes, chest of drawers, office, kitchen, bathroom and 2 toilets. The kitchens are equipped with the following appliances: electric hob, refrigerator, hood. Each room has LCD TV, cable TV, wireless, air conditioning.
The hostel has an eco wash laundry, security and video surveillance (24h/7h), study rooms and gym.
C3 student dorm
The student dormitory C3 of Titu Maiorescu University located on Bd. Gheorghe Șincai, no. 16, has been in operation since 2015 and has a capacity of 342 places distributed in studio flats of 2 places and apartments of 2 rooms.
The studio apartments have 1 room with 2 beds, 2 wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers, desk, refrigerator, LCD TV, cable TV, wireless, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom.
The apartments have 2 rooms with 2 beds/room, wardrobes, closets, dressers, desk, refrigerator, LCD TV, cable TV, wireless, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom.
The dormitory has an eco wash laundry, security and video surveillance (24h/24h), study rooms, gym, free parking in the perimeter courtyard and paid parking, video monitored, located in the basement of the building where access is made through a personalized system.
Easy access to all public transportation. The distance campus UTM - college dormitories is about 3 minutes walk.
The application for accommodation in one of the two dormitories will be made on the basis of an accommodation application accompanied by a student certificate issued by the secretary's office of the faculty from which the student comes and a copy of the student's identity card.
The student must present within 30 calendar days the student certificate from the faculty where he/she is enrolled. Applications can be sent by email to caminestudentesti@univ.utm.ro, The applications can be submitted at the office of the dormitory administrators between 8:00-16:00 or at the secretary's office of the faculty to which he/she belongs, if he/she is a student of Titu Maiorescu University.
The places will be approved and distributed according to the rules of organization and operation of the student dormitory posted on the website www.utm.ro. (Regulations)

Accommodation taxes
Under the Chapter „STUDENT CAMP ROOM ACCOMMODATION FEES” the following fees are foreseen monthly, expressed in Euro, representing the rent for a place to stay in the University's dormitories, depending on the building, surface area and structure of the apartment, i.e. studio flats and 2 or 3-bedroom apartments, the amount of guarantee and booking fee a place to stay, on request, for the summer vacation period.
The accommodation procedure, the organization and functioning of the dormitory, the rights and obligations of the persons accommodated are regulated by the Regulation of Organization and Functioning of the Titu Maiorescu University Student Dormitory and by the contract of student services/rental concluded between the University and the person accommodated in the dormitory.
