Academic meeting organized by Titu Maiorescu University
Priorities in education and research, ARACIS evaluations, European projects, Artificial Intelligence challenges, debates, and book launches
Between August 28 and August 31, in the Olimp resort, at the Cocor Spa Hotel, a academic meeting organized by Titu Maiorescu University in welcome of the opening of the new academic year. The university's leadership, faculty deans, academic staff, and support services attended the event.
The meeting constituted the framework for a diversities of manifestationspresentation of the status of implementation of projects already accessed by the University and of new projects, in the process of being submitted to the European Commission, carried out by Conf. univ. dr. Geanina Banu, Vice-Dean, Faculty of Computer Science, transmitting the ARACIS Agenda regarding the evaluation of the study programs of Titu Maiorescu University, University Professor, Dr. Teofil Panc, Vice-Rector, lectures on Artificial Intelligence: Artificial Intelligence in Education – Current Challenges, Prof. Univ. Dr. Daniel Cochior, Rector of the University, and Artificial Intelligence and the Anxieties of Modern Man – Technological Apocalypse and the Human in the Posthuman Era, Prof. univ. dr. Iosif Urs, President of the University, discussions regarding the priorities of Titu Maiorescu University in the new academic year, book launches, workshops.
During the event, two works were launched: The Treaty Surgical Semioliogy, Vol. I and II, produced by: University Professor Dr. Daniel Cochior, Associate Professor Dr. Cosmin Moldovan, Lecturer Dr. Daniel Kraft, Hamangiu Publishing House, 2025 and PROMPT ENGINEERING – Fundamentals, Techniques, and Applications in Artificial Intelligence, authors: University Lecturer Dr. Eng. Iustin Priescu, University Lecturer Dr. Geanina Silviana Banu, University Lecturer Dr. Eng. Sergiu Zaharia, PhD Candidate Cătălina Mihaela Priescu, Printech Publishing, 2025.
