The workshop's theme is designed to provide the necessary tools for:
- Identifying the professional values that define you.
- Understanding how your values influence your career choices and goals.
- Prioritize your values and reflect on their compatibility with your current or future career choices.
The workshop is based on Holland's (1973) Vocational Interests Theory and Dawis and Lofquist's (1984) Theory of Work Adjustment (TWA), Analyze the importance of congruence between personality, values, vocational interests, and job requirements for long-term job satisfaction.
Through practical exercises, you will learn how to identify and prioritize your core values, as well as how to identify career options that align with these values. This will help you understand how aligning your needs with job requirements can contribute to a fulfilling career path.
