Healthy Cooking Workshop
Nutritious and balanced food plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy life. At UTM Summer School, you'll have the opportunity to learn the secrets of cooking from industry professionals. You'll discover cooking techniques, delicious ingredients, and creative ways to prepare your daily meals. This course will provide you with the knowledge needed to enjoy a balanced and healthy diet in the long term. You'll have the opportunity to work in a team, cook 3 types of dishes, and taste your own creations with your colleagues.

First Aid Workshop for Drowning
In a country with a wide variety of lakes, rivers and access to the Black Sea, it is essential to know first aid techniques in case of drowning (submersion). UTM Summer School offers you the opportunity to learn the latest techniques and procedures for water rescue. At the Dinamo swimming pool, under the guidance of specialists in the field (certified first aid instructors and lifeguards), you will learn how to identify danger signs, how to intervene quickly and how to give first aid in critical situations. These workshops will turn you into a responsible citizen ready to face any emergency.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillator Workshop
Would you like to be prepared to save lives in emergency situations? Do you want to learn how to act quickly and effectively in case of cardiac arrest? Then this workshop is for you! Our workshop will teach you the vital techniques of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). You will learn how to act in case of cardiac arrest, how to properly apply chest compressions, and how to use an AED to restore normal heart rhythm. The workshop is designed for all levels of knowledge and requires no prior medical experience.
