Any student accommodated in one of the UTMdormitories, starting with the 2024-2025 academic year.

Connection is made as follows:

1. Students from UTMwill log in with the Office 365 account provided by UTM, with the ending @s.utm.ro
2. Students from outside UTM will log in with the email address stated in the accommodation contract.

If you do not know your portal login credentials, please contact the IT&C Directorate: email it@univ.utm.ro.

After logging in, the portal provides the user with data regarding:

• profile, where the accommodated student can view and update their personal data;
• accommodations, where the lodged student can view dormitory data, room number, monthly fee;
• online payment of monthly fees and deposit.
