Student portal

Any student/master's student/doctoral student/resident/trainee enrolled starting with the 2020-2021 academic year, who has an Office 365 account provided by UTM and who has received the student code at their Office 365 email address.

Connection is made by filling in the 2 fields on the first page:

  1. The Office 365 account provided by UTM ending in @s.utm.ro
  2. The student code sent to the Office 365 email address by the IT&C Directorate.

If you do not know your portal login credentials, please contact the IT Department: email it@univ.utm.ro, (phone) 021 3161646.

After logging in, the portal provides the user with the following information:

For tuition fees:

  1. Remaining tuition fee balance per installment (installment, 1, installment 2, installment 3)
  2. Automatic calculation of the number of penalty days, including the penalty in EUR (if the payment deadline has been exceeded)
  3. Automatic calculation of outstanding installments (fee and penalty) in RON at the current NBR exchange rate

For other fees: display the fee amount in RON, according to the fee schedule.

For the notes section:

Students can view the grades they received on exams taken during the winter session starting from the 2020-2021 academic year.

For study fees:

  1. Pay tuition fees in chronological order of installments
  2. Full or partial payment of the outstanding amount, including penalties (if the payment deadline has been exceeded)

For other fees:

  1. Pay the fee
  2. Payment of the same fees multiple times, with the possibility of completing the observation field before making the payment
