July 2026 Session

  • Enrollment period June 29, 2026 - July 9, 2026 (at the Faculty of Law Secretariat)
  • Test 1 (Written Test - Assessment of Fundamental and Specialized Knowledge)July 12, 2026 – hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Evaluation of fundamental and specialized knowledge: (90 multiple-choice questions). Each question has three answer choices, only one of which is correct. Each correct answer is awarded one point, which is equivalent to 10 tenths in the grading system from 10 (ten) down to 1 (one), and the score obtained is converted into a grade. 1 bonus point is added to the grade obtained. The Bachelor's thesis topic and bibliography can be found on www.utm.ro.

The exam will take place at Titu Maiorescu University on Calea Văcăreşti.

The presentation at the gym will be at 8:00 AM with ID.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT OF UTM GRADUATES.

Îregistration to licensing examination It is done at the Faculty of Law's secretariat., candidates will present the following documents and records in file folder, on which will be written, in capital letters, the name, the initial/initials of the father's first name/first names (the mother's, if the father is unknown), as well as the e-mail address and telephone number:

  1. Request type of registration (ANNEX 3) (from the secretariat, or from the faculty's website);
  2. High school diploma, original and copy (front and back);
  3. birth certificate, copy as per original;
  4. marriage certificate (if applicable), true copy;
  5. any other act attesting to the change of name (if applicable), true copy;
  6. copy ID/CI/passport;
  7. bachelor's thesis, printed and/or electronic (memory stick), accompanied by scientific advisor's report to all of this and The similarity report generated by the anti-plagiarism software after checking the paper;
  8. candidate's declaration of originality regarding the bachelor's thesis content (ANNEX 1) (from the secretariat, or from the faculty's website);
  9. three color photos, 3/4;
  10. Clearance form for our own graduates (from the secretariat);
  11. Information notice and consent form for the processing of personal data (GDPR) (APPENDIX 5) (from the secretariat, or from the faculty's web page).
  12. proof of payment Bachelor's exam support fee;
  13. approval of the boards of directors and university senates of the graduating university and of UTM, in the case of candidates from other universities.

If the documents mentioned in points b) to f) are already in the graduate's file, they do not need to be submitted again to the registration file.

IN ADDITION, FOR GRADUATES OF OTHER UNIVERSITIES

STEPS REQUIRED FOR REGISTERING FOR THE FINAL EXAM:

  • PRINCIPLES AGREEMENT, with the approval of the boards of directors and university senates of the graduating university and the UTM;

  • DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT or Transcript of Records – original

Clarifications regarding the use of the plagiarism detection system - SISTEMANTIPLAGIAT.RO - in our university

  • For each anti-plagiarism check, the SISTEMANTIPLAGIAT.RO platform will generate a Similarity Report, a document that accurately determines the proportion of similarities in the checked text compared to the content in the databases and on the internet. The anti-plagiarism check is carried out by analyzing the Similarity Report.
  • The Similarity Coefficients in the report are as follows:

-Similarity coefficient 1- percentage of the text with all fragments of at least 5 similar words found in other documents

Similarity coefficient - 2 percent of the text with all fragments of at least 25 words found to be similar by the system in other documents.

  • The scientific coordinator of the bachelor's thesis must examine the Similarity Report for unauthorized borrowings in the paper.
  • We recommend the following alert thresholds:

The similarity coefficient of 1 must not exceed 30%

A high percentage of Similarity Coefficient 1 can indicate an overuse of loans

The similarity coefficient 2 shall not exceed 5%

  • Exceeding the specified value for Similarity Coefficient 2 is a very reliable signal of the presence of unauthorized borrowings in the document.
  • Documents that exceed the permissible percentages of similarity coefficients cannot be automatically considered cases of plagiarism; plagiarism can only be established following the interpretation of similarity reports.;
  • For checking the similarities within the bachelor's thesis using the anti-plagiarism software of UTM, an additional fee is charged on top of the final examination fee, only if the check is done in advance at the graduate's request, or if, following the first check, a high percentage of similarity is found, the thesis is redone and the percentage of similarity is re-checked. The amount of the fee for the anti-plagiarism check of the thesis for the final examination, upon the graduate's advance request or for the 2nd and subsequent checks is 100 lei according to Regulation on the Nomenclature of Fees approved for the 2025-2026 academic year, https://site.utm.ro/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/UTM_SG_REG_025.pdf

Procedure approved by the Faculty Senate for checking plagiarism in graduation theses

  • Please stay in touch with the scientific coordinator to finalize the bachelor's thesis, especially if the established percentages are exceeded.;
  • Please send the completed thesis papers for anti-plagiarism verification (after obtaining the scientific coordinator's approval) to Mr. Asst.univ.dr. Toma Georgian. Georgian.Toma@prof.utm.ro
  • Submitting bachelor's theses for anti-plagiarism checking will take place from May 18, 2026, to June 14, 2026.;
  • When you submit your graduation thesis for anti-plagiarism check, please consider the following specifications: For checking similarities within the graduation thesis using the UTManti-plagiarism software, an additional fee will be charged beyond the final studies examination fee, only if the check is performed in advance at the graduate's request or if, following the first check, a high percentage of similarity is found, the paper is redone, and the similarity percentage is re-checked. The exam will take place at Titu Maiorescu University on Vacaresti Road.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT OF UTM GRADUATES.

Registration for the bachelor's degree exam, submit to the Law Faculty's secretariat. Candidates will present the following documents and papers file folder, on which will be written, in capital letters, the name, the initial/initials of the father's first name/first names (the mother's, if the father is unknown), as well as the e-mail address and telephone number:

Regarding the choice of the subject for the oral component, we state the following:

In the event that application for financial support for the oral component it is valid for the July 2025 session, however, if the graduate did not attend the summer session, the choice remains valid for the September 2025 session of the final exam.

If the graduate who wishes to enroll for the September 2025 thesis defense session does not have a request submitted for the oral component of the thesis exam, they are asked to send their option during the period August 25, 2025 - August 31, 2025, To the secretary of the year.

Individuals who have completed the form will receive an email confirming the validation of their course selection by September 5, 2025, at the latest.

The faculty council will indicate for each discipline the maximum number of admissible requests for each fundamental and specialization discipline.
