ESTEAM Fest for Women at UTM
Wednesday, November 29, the ESTEAM Fest for Women event took place at Titu Maiorescu University. This festival promotes female entrepreneurship and supports the community of women in better valuing their interests, motivations, and choices, reaching their full potential.
ESTEAM Fest for Women is organized by the European Commission together with EWA (European Women Association) and in collaboration with the organizing team from Titu Maiorescu University. ESTEAM Festival This is a project established by the European Commission and it creates the framework for carrying out a series of workshops with the goal of empowering girls and women, developing their digital and entrepreneurial skills, as well as increasing the attractiveness of studying and choosing a career in entrepreneurship, science, or technology.

Conf. Univ. Dr. Ioana – Raluca Mânea, Vice-Rector for International Relations at UTM, welcomed the attendees and speakers present at the festival's opening with a welcome message. The opening remarks were followed by a brief introduction of each speaker: Dana Puia, Yulia Stark, and Mihaela Tudor presented students with a brief exposition of their specialization and field, as well as some information about the workshops they held within the ESTEAM Fest for Women festival.
During the ESTEAM Fest for Women event, participants had the opportunity to attend one of the following workshops:
- Discovering Your Strengths and Values, Speaker Dana Puia Morel (in Romanian)
- Marketing and sales masterclass with Yulia Stark (in English)
- Personal branding, speaker Mihaela Tudor
Mihaela Tudor presented the Personal Branding workshop, emphasizing the importance of showcasing authenticity and a unique identity to others. She guided students to act by following their own action plans.
Dana Puia delighted participants with practical resources for discovering their own values to guide their career building.
Yulia Stark held the workshop in English on the topic of Marketing and Sales Masterclass, during which she presented marketing tips and tricks.
