Clarifications on carrying out the internship through the Faculty of Law
The Faculty of Law provides internships in the specific fields of activity of each master's degree program, depending on the program in which the master student is enrolled. The Faculty of Law concludes a Framework Internship Agreement with public and private institutions, based on the agreement the procedure for organizing internships is triggered by posting the announcement with the registration period. The selection of the enrolled master students is based on the admission average, their distribution being made according to this average. The Faculty of Law takes the necessary steps and prepares the specific documentation, so that all the Master's students who have applied are assigned. The internship program is determined by the partner institution according to the time allocated to this activity. At the end of the traineeship the partner institution issues a certificate stating the number of hours completed (which must be at least identical to the number of hours set in the curriculum - 56 hours) and the way in which the trainee has fulfilled his/her obligations during the traineeship. The traineeship certificate is accompanied by the Traineeship Notebook which must be completed in detail with at least 5 homework (5 activity sheets). The workbook is signed by the internship tutor appointed by the internship partner institution and by the student. These two documents must be presented at the examination session on the date the examination is scheduled. The topics presented in the workbook are defended orally in front of the examiner.
Clarifications regarding the individual internship, through the student's identification of the internship location
