The bachelor's degree examination consists of two tests, as follows:
 
  1. Trial 1: Assessment of fundamental and specialized knowledge, which consists of a oral exam, from a specific theme for each university study program:
 
 
  1. Attempt 2: Presentation and defense of the bachelor's thesis.

Only bachelor's theses that, according to the Similarity Report generated by the University's anti-plagiarism software, show similarity and citation coefficient values that do not exceed the maximum allowed values, in accordance with the decision of the Faculty Council of Economic Sciences, can be supported.
Similarity Coefficient 1 (CS1) ≤ 30%
Coefficient of Similarity 2 (CS2) ≤ 15%;
The CIT coefficient ≤ 10%, where:  
Similarity coefficient 1 – the percentage of the text with all fragments of at least 5 similar words found in other documents;
Similarity coefficient 2 - the percentage of the text with all fragments of at least 25 similar words found by the system in other documents;
The CIT coefficient – the percentage of citations in the text of the work.
The licensing exam tests are conducted in person, in the same place and at the same time, with the examination committee and the examinee present.
The bachelor's exam grade is the arithmetic mean of the grades obtained in the two tests.
The passing grade for the final graduation exam must be at least 6 (six).
 
 

Calendar for the licensing exam registration session July 2026

  • Registration period:          06/23/2026 – 07/04/2026 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM 

Saturday 07.04.2026 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Application file to the candidate for support licensure exam must contain the following documents and acts:

1. Request type of registration (from the secretariat or the faculty's website); AA Cigarette Facebook 
2. liquidation statement for our own graduates (from the secretariat or the faculty's website);
3. proof of payment of the support fee to the bachelor's thesis exam ; (paid via portal, cashier Monday-Friday, bank transfer)
4. Candidate information notice for the bachelor's degree exam/Consent form for personal data processing (from the secretariat or the faculty's website);
5. bachelor's thesis, printed and on electronic media (USB stick), accompanied by Scientific supervisor's report, and of Candidate's self-declaration regarding the originality of the work's content (from the secretariat or the faculty's website);
6. High school diploma, in original and copy;
7. birth certificate, copy;
8. marriage certificate (if applicable), copy;
9. any other act attesting to the change of name (if applicable), copy;
10. ID/Passport copy;
11. two color photos ¾;
12. approval of boards of directors and university senates of the graduate university and of UTM, in the case of candidates from other universities.
