Conducted trilingually, in Romanian, English, and French, the eight editions were attended by over 50 professors from universities in Spain, Italy, France, Israel, Poland, Bulgaria, Morocco, and Germany.<\/p>\n<p>The volumes published within the eight editions of the conference, produced by Hamangiu Publishing House, were distributed to each participant and, subsequently, were distributed to the most reputable professors in Romania, as well as to university libraries. The volumes have ISBNs 978-606-678-642-3, 978-606-27-0020-1, 978-606-27-0222-9, 978-606-27-0607-4, 978-606-27-0879-5, 978-606-27-1250-1, 978-606-27-1474-1, 978-606-27-1595-3 and are BDI indexed.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0 International Law Conference<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>, Studii Europene \u0219i Rela\u021bii Interna\u021bionale<\/em><\/strong> \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 reuneasc\u0103 laolalt\u0103 oameni de \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 din structura academic\u0103, cercet\u0103tori, cadre didactice universitare, doctoranzi, masteranzi \u0219i\u00a0 studen\u021bi \u0219i, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, practicieni ai dreptului, pentru a face schimb \u0219i a \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219i experien\u021bele \u0219i rezultatele lor de cercetare cu privire la cele mai diverse aspecte legate de <em>reformarea legisla\u021biei \u00een spiritul noilor curente na\u021bionale, europene \u0219i interna\u021bionale<\/em> privitoare la tema propusa edi\u021biei, precum \u0219i pentru a discuta despre provoc\u0103rile practice \u00eent\u00e2lnite \u0219i solu\u021biile adoptate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eFamilia este cea mai veche dintre toate societ\u0103\u021bile \u0219i singura natural\u0103\u201d <\/strong>J.J. Rousseau said, and this year we have set ourselves the goal of orienting our common scientific effort towards the issue of the family and the complex structure of the patrimonial and non-patrimonial rights and obligations it creates. The history of the family influences its present, both in terms of continuity and in terms of changes and interruptions of tradition. Neither obsolete nor in collapse, the family today demonstrates its vitality and expressiveness, rich in acquired freedoms, but at the same time fragile under the pressure of new challenges.
