The contest will consist of creating short video clips aimed at promoting student life at UTM, highlighting the benefits, facilities, and the UTMuniversity campus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Contest objectives:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Sparking participants' interest and curiosity for the maiorcian university campus;<\/li>\n<li>Developing the spirit of initiative, digital skills, and the use of technology and photo-video editing platforms.;<\/li>\n<li>Developing artistic creativity through digital production;<\/li>\n<li>Developing oral proficiency skills in Romanian\/a foreign language;<\/li>\n<li>Promoting content creators in the digital environment;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Contest period<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>27.04.2023 \u2013 09.05.2023<\/strong>Creation and submission of video materials by participants<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>09.05.2023 \u2013 15.05.2023<\/strong>Selection and judging of video materials<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>16.05.2023<\/strong>: Announcing the winners on social media UTM and on the website <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.utm.ro\" style=\"color: #0000ff;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.utm.ro<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>24.05.2023: <\/strong>Awards Ceremony<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Target group<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Students from Titu Maiorescu University, from any form of education<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Video editing rules:<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The video clip must not exceed 3 minutes. It must comply with the University Charter, UTMregulations, and have a narrative thread (without obscene content\/profanity or content that offends members of the academic community or the university's image). Clips can be made in the form of daily vlogs, video collages, TikTok\/Reels style, short films, etc., and must include shots of spaces within UTM. These spaces must be highlighted by the participant through creative filming techniques. The video clip can be made either in Romanian or another international language.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Judging<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A jury appointed by the Marketing Office will review each video created, the quality of video editing and the video's viewer engagement capabilities, as well as how the university was promoted in the video material.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Awards <\/u><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>3 prizes will be awarded, consisting of 3 invitations (1 Day Access) to the SAGA Festival in Bucharest, diplomas, and other surprise gifts. If the works do not meet the required quality, the jury may decide not to award all prizes. The prizes can also be increased depending on the quality of the works.<\/li>\n<li>The awards will be presented in a public space on <strong>24.05.2023<\/strong> the hour <strong>14:00<\/strong>, during a ceremony organized at the Marketing, Communication and Public Relations Office (189 V\u0103c\u0103re\u0219ti Street, Building M, 3rd floor, Bucharest, sector 4).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Submitting video materials<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We await your video creations at <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"mailto:marketing@univ.utm.ro\" style=\"color: #0000ff;\">marketing@univ.utm.ro<\/a><\/span> by May 09, 2023, 23:59, with the mention: \u201efor the video creation contest UTM\u201d. Please provide your last name and first name, city, phone number, and the faculty where you are a student (proof shall be provided via a photo of your validated student ID, uploaded in the email). The video creation must be uploaded by the participant to the Google Drive platform (or another platform of your choice), from where it will be downloaded by the contest organizers.
