Taekwondo course at UTM!<\/h2>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Titu Maiorescu University<\/strong> Organize free beginner taekwondo classes for senior students and those interested in Korean martial arts.
The course will take place at the UTM Sports Hall located at 16 \u0218incai Boulevard, within dormitory UTM C3.<\/p>\n

This course is organized in partnership with the TPF (Taekwondo Promotion Foundation) from South Korea and the Fortis Taekwon-Do Martial Arts Club from Bucharest.<\/p>\n

If you want to learn Taekwon-Do from an international instructor, you now have the chance to participate in classes with a European Taekwon-Do champion!<\/p>\n

The course will begin on April 22, 2024, and will conclude in June 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The course is intended for students, teenagers, and adults.<\/p>\n

Taekwon-Do Instructor<\/strong> is the president and founder of the Fortis Taekwon-do club (for more details click Here!<\/a><\/strong><\/span>) and has over 24 years of experience in martial arts and Taekwondo. Additionally, the professor is from Great Britain and was part of the British national Taekwondo team.<\/p>\n

\u201cI've been involved in Taekwon-Do for 24 years. As a competitor, I was on the English National Team and competed at the European and World Championship levels. I've traveled the world because of Taekwon-Do and had the opportunity to train and learn from many famous Taekwon-Do Masters. In 2015, I moved to Romania, and in 2020, I opened Fortis Taekwon-Do Club in Bucharest (we took third place in the adult division at the National Championships in March). I currently have athletes on the Romanian National Team, as well as many beginners who start Taekwon-Do as an interesting new hobby. I believe in teaching Taekwon-Do as both a self-defense system and a sport, and I believe that the philosophy of Taekwon-Do allows us to grow as better people and can be used as a tool to facilitate social development.\u201d<\/p>\n

Through these courses, UTM provides Taekwon-Do instruction for beginner groups, but does not offer Taekwon-Do certifications, only a participation diploma for the course (level type \u2013 graduate of level 1 or beginner).<\/p>\n
