The \u201ePower Skills vs. Burnout Skills\u201d workshop will help you understand the differences between competencies that support your personal and professional development and those that, in excess, can contribute to burnout.<\/p>\n

You will have the opportunity to participate in interactive activities through which you will identify the skills that motivate you and those that drain your resources. The goal of this workshop is to help you make conscious career decisions, building a balance between performance and well-being.<\/p>\n
