documents: 1. The Bachelor's thesis\/dissertation, 2. The personal contribution part, 3. The abstract of the thesis. The documents will be uploaded exclusively through your institutional Microsoft 365 account (@s.utm.ro) via the Microsoft Forms platform.<\/p><p><strong>Verification is mandatory!<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>Document submission period<\/u><\/strong><strong>:\u00a0<\/strong>01.08.2025 (08.00) \u2013 20.08.2025 (11.59).<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Only papers whose similarity percentage does not exceed 50% for Similarity Coefficient 1 (determines what percentage of the document contains phrases of 5 words or longer, found in the databases) and 10 % for Similarity Coefficient 2 (determines what percentage of the document contains phrases of 25 words or longer, found in the databases) will be accepted for registration for the bachelor's exam, according to the Methodology for organizing and conducting bachelor's exams in the 2024-2025 academic year.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong><u>Enrollment for the Bachelor's\/Dissertation Exam<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Registrations for the bachelor's thesis\/dissertation exam will take place between August 25-27, 2025.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>The file for enrollment in the bachelor's exam must include:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Birth certificate \u2013 legalized copy\/copy conforming to the original (in the student's file)<\/li><li>Marriage Certificate \u2013 Notarized Copy\/Certified True Copy (if applicable) (in student's file)<\/li><li>Copy of ID \/ passport (to student file)<\/li><li>Original high school diploma and a legalized copy\/copy certified as true to the original (in the student's file)<\/li><li>Certificate of language proficiency in a widely spoken international language (English or French)<\/li><li>3 photos \u00be adhesive color photo paper<\/li><li>Clearance form<\/li><li>GDPR Form<\/li><li>Application for the bachelor's degree exam<\/li><li>Declaration of originality of the undergraduate thesis<\/li><li>Report signed by the thesis coordinator<\/li><li>Printed diploma thesis + electronic support (memory stick)<\/li><li>Receipt confirming payment of the license fee in the amount of 2,500 lei.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>Graduation exam<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>The defense of the thesis will take place from September 2 to 5, 2025.<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><u>JULY 2025 SESSION<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Stage I<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<strong><em>Plagiarism check<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>\u2666\u00a0<strong>First check<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 21.05.2025 \u2013 25.05.2025 \u2013\u00a0<strong>all graduates<\/strong>\u00a0I will upload the bachelor's thesis for verification to a platform intended for this purpose.<\/p><p>\u2666\u00a0<strong>Second check<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 05\/31\/2025 \u2013 06\/02\/2025 \u2013 only graduates who uploaded their thesis for the first check, but which exceed the allowed similarity percentages.
