Modelul este propus de Uniunea Europeana si se foloseste cu precadere \u00een institu\u021biile publice \u0219i \u00een proiecte cu finantare europeana dar este acceptat \u0219i \u00een mediul privat. Este foarte potrivit pentru locuri de munc\u0103 mai pu\u021bin creative, cum ar fi cele administrative, de contabilitate, drept, medicina, invatamant etc. Dup\u0103 ce \u00ee\u021bi faci cont pe platforma, po\u021bi incepe completarea template-ului urmand instruc\u021biunile generate automat. La final ai optiunea de a selecta informatiile pe care vrei sa le incluzi in CV si de a alege design-ul preferat. Modelele Canva sunt potrivite pentru joburile din corpora\u021bii \u0219i start-up-uri, datorit\u0103 designului modern care scoate foarte bine \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 profilul candidatului. Este suficient doar orasul. Folose\u0219te o adresa de e-mail care contine numele tau (nu folosi adrese de e-mail neprofesioniste). Nu include detalii despre gen sau starea civila pentru ca sunt irelevante. Data nasterii este optional\u0103.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Despre mine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Scrie un scurt paragraf de 3, 4 fraze \u00een care s\u0103 ar\u0103\u021bi viitorului angajator ce te face un bun candiat pentru rolul vizat. Sunt foarte organizat, atent la detalii, responsabil, centrat pe solutii practice, cautand in permanenta sa invat despre tendintele din industria IT \u0219i s\u0103 ma implic \u00een proiecte \u00een care \u00eemi pot pune \u00een valoare creativitatea \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile de comunicare \u0219i lucru \u00een echip\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experien\u021ba profesional\u0103.\u00a0<\/strong>Respect\u00e2nd cronologia invers\u0103 (de la cea mai recent\u0103 la cea mai indepartat\u0103), descrie succint fiecare experien\u021b\u0103 profesional\u0103 avuta. Men\u021bioneaz\u0103 denumirea pozi\u021biei ocupate, compania\/organiza\u021bia, ora\u0219ul, perioada \u0219i principalele responsabilit\u0103\u021bi si realiz\u0103ri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cand faci referire la responsabilit\u0103\u021bi, utilizeaz\u0103 fraze concise care s\u0103 descrie experien\u021bele care demonstreaz\u0103 ceea ce \u0219tii s\u0103 faci \u00een acord cu cerin\u021bele jobului. Scoate in eviden\u021b\u0103 acele realiz\u0103ri\/responsabilit\u0103\u021bi care se pliaz\u0103 pe ceea ce are nevoie angajatorul.<\/p>\n<p>Pune accent pe rezultatele eforturilor depuse. Foloseste indicatori numerici sau statistici, dac\u0103 se poate. De exemplu: ai organizat un eveniment \u00een liceu\/facultate la care au participat 100 de persoane, sau ai livrat un training pentru 40 de participan\u021bi, sau te-ai implicat in organizarea unei tabere pentru 100 de copii etc.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Educa\u021bie.\u00a0<\/strong>La fel ca \u015fi \u00een cazul experien\u021bei profesionale se \u021bine cont de ordinea invers cronologic\u0103 (daca esti la master, vei trece mai intai studiile prezente si apoi pe cele de licenta. Daca ai studii superioare nu mai este nevoie sa treci \u0219i liceul). Men\u021bioneaz\u0103 denumirea universit\u0103\u021bii, orasul, facultatea, denumirea specializ\u0103rii \u0219i perioada. Teoria lui Holland adopt\u0103 o abordare cognitiv\u0103 \u0219i rezolvare a problemelor \u00een planificarea carierei. Conform acesteia exist\u0103 \u0219ase tipuri de baz\u0103 ale mediului de lucru, care coreleaz\u0103 direct cu tipurile de personalitate: Realist, Investigativ, Artistic, Social, Intreprinzator si Conventional. Holland subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 persoanele care aleg s\u0103 lucreze \u00eentr-un mediu similar tipului lor de personalitate sunt mai satisfacute la locul de munca si au un nivel mai ridicat al performantei. In urma administrarii acestui test, se obtine un profil individualizat al intereselor ocupationale pe baza caruia se pot identifica o serie de domenii profesionale potrivite cu combinatia tipurilor de interese dominante reiesita din profil. Rezultatele unui astfel de test, analizate si interpretate, completate si de introspectie reprezinta o resursa valoroasa pentru o alegere constienta si asumata a carierei.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/testcentral.ro\/test\/neo-personality-inventory-third-edition?subcat=21&amp;cat=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>NEOPI3 (NEO Personality Inventory, Third Edition\u2122)<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0permite evaluarea detaliat\u0103 \u0219i precis\u0103 a personalit\u0103\u021bii prin intermediul celor 240 de itemi, eviden\u021biind stilul emo\u021bional, interpersonal, experien\u021bial, atitudinal \u0219i motiva\u021bional al clientului, evaluand cei 5 factori ai personalitatii: Nevrotismul, Extraversia, Deschiderea c\u0103tre experien\u021be, Agreabilitatea \u0219i Con\u0219tiinciozitatea \u00a0impreuna cu cele 30 de fatete ale acestora. In consilierea vocationala, rezultatele obtinute in urma administrarii acestui test releva un profil de personalitate pe baza caruia putem intelege ce fel de medii de lucru ni se potrivesc si care sunt trasaturile de personalitate care ne ajuta sa ne integram si sa ne adaptam la dinamica interactiunilor si natura activitatilor specifice unui loc de munca vizat.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/testcentral.ro\/test\/intelligence-structure-test-2000-r?subcat=19&amp;cat=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>IST (Intelligence-Structure-Test 2000 R)<\/strong>.<\/a>\u00a0Este un test care analizeaza aptitudinile verbale, numerice si figurale, in urma caruia rezulta coeficientul de inteligenta (IQ). Presupune folosirea rationamentului logic si matematic pentru rezolvarea unor probleme, contra cronometru.
