Any student\/master's student\/doctoral student\/resident\/trainee enrolled starting with the 2020-2021 academic year, who has an Office 365 account provided by UTM and who has received the student code at their Office 365 email address.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Connection is made by filling in the 2 fields on the first page:<\/p>\n

  1. The Office 365 account provided by UTM ending in\u00a0@s.utm.ro<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The student code sent to the Office 365 email address by the IT&C Directorate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After logging in, the portal provides the user with the following information:<\/p>\n

    For tuition fees:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Remaining tuition fee balance per installment (installment, 1, installment 2, installment 3)<\/li>\n
    2. Automatic calculation of the number of penalty days, including the penalty in EUR (if the payment deadline has been exceeded)<\/li>\n
    3. Automatic calculation of outstanding installments (fee and penalty) in RON at the current NBR exchange rate<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      For other fees: display the fee amount in RON, according to the fee schedule.<\/p>\n

      For the notes section:<\/p>\n

      Students can view the grades they received on exams taken during the winter session starting from the 2020-2021 academic year.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      For study fees:<\/p>\n

      1. Pay tuition fees in chronological order of installments<\/li>\n
      2. Full or partial payment of the outstanding amount, including penalties (if the payment deadline has been exceeded)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        For other fees:<\/p>\n

        1. Pay the fee<\/li>\n
        2. Payment of the same fees multiple times, with the possibility of completing the observation field before making the payment<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
